Order and Shipping Information
We ship from our warehouse based in Tallinn (Estonia, EU) on orders to all EU countries and Worldwide.
How much is shipping?
The delivery costs are indicated once you have entered your shipping address in the basket section of your order. For orders over €300 (excl.VAT), shipping may be free.
The Shipping costs depend on the number and weight of the packages as well as the country to which they are to be sent.
Additional Notes: some destinations, such as Switzerland and Norway, impose customs charges which you will need to pay. These charges, according to the rate in force and imposed by the local customs of the country, will be charged to and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Which countries do you ship to? How long do your shippings take to arrive?
Delivery time includes the item warehouse processing time and shipping time.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Please note all the items have their own processing time that you can review on each product page. For example if you see “Usually ships in 1-3 work days” we will ship up to 3 days of receiving your payment. In certain cases, the estimated shipment date will vary. If there are any delays, you will be contacted. We works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible
Orders are only shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or Holidays.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your package ships. Check the Spam folder for your email account. If the order confirmation email is not in this folder, please contact our Customer Service team
We deliver to most European countries via the following couriers:
Standard deliveries: DPD or Omniva. The average delivery times are 2-7 business days within Europe.
Express deliveries: DHL and UPS: Delivery during the day within 2-3 business day to almost all European business centres
We deliver throughout World Wide, using couriers such as DHL and UPS. Delivery during the day within 2-4 business days to countries in Asia. Day-definite delivery during the day to other countries worldwide
Additional Notes: Shipping time might be longer due to customs clearance, public holidays and weather.
