Warranty and Returns
All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. If the item is returned in "new" condition with all packaging intact, it will not be subject to a restocking fee. If goods are sent back to us outside of this period, or are received in a poor condition where there is physical damage to the product, or items are missing from the packaging. Then we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee to your return, which will be dependent on the condition of the product. The costs and risks of returning products, including a withdrawal return, are at your expense.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. We suggest that you use DPD when returning an item to us. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
Returns under warranty
All our articles carry a two year minimal warranty. If an item proves to be faulty within these two years of purchase, simply return it to us and we will replace it or Repairs. You need to pay only for the shipping of the faulty item, we will pay for the shipping back to you (Please note: accidental damage is not included).
How do I Return an Item?
1. Please contact our Support Center. Please include your Order ID Number and the reason for your return/exchange. All returns are subject to inspection.
2. Wait for an email response from us (usually within 1-24 hours) and then download the RMA and fill out the form completely.
3. Pack the products and RMA into a shipping box using packing material.
